Frozen meals done right

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Lean Cuisine, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HonestlyGood #ad http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

Frozen meals have come a long way, they are nothing like what many of us remember.
A foil covered plate, lots of fat, sodium, and more fat.
So I was excited to grab an armload of these to stock up my freezer for busy lunches
and dinners while I was doing my weekly shopping at Target.
We found some yummy options like Pomegranate Chicken, Pineapple Black
Pepper Beef, and Honey Citrus Chicken.

Even my little picky eaters at home like these.

I am always trying to maintain the balance between life and eating healthy.
I don’t have any magic secrets, it’s the stuff we know we are supposed to do.
Eat healthy foods.
Limit the intake of bad stuff.
Drink a lot of water.
Move.

I could do better in the moving department, but that’s a lifelong struggle for
balance and time.  But I do feel good when I know I am eating healthy, and
my family is eating healthy.  When we do have a cheat-meal or day, you
just don’t seem to feel bad, I feel like I have earned it!

One more reason that I like to stock up on Lean Cuisine Honestly Good meals,
is their dedication to supporting local food banks.  Together with the farmers who
grow the vegetables used for their meals, they are donating vegetables grown to
local communities.  Lean Cuisine Honestly Good meals can be found at Target.
What are some ways that you stay healthy, especially during the wintertime?

  1. Hi! Do you know if they make any plugins to protect against
hackers? I’m kinda paranoid about losing everything I’ve worked
    hard on. Any recommendations?
