I love gardening, and container gardens.
Outside.
But it’s time to try something that has not always been
a tremendous success is the past.
Houseplant ownership.
well-being of the houseplants I bring home.
I have a somewhat green thumb outdoors, but once I step inside my
mad skills turn super lame.
Since I am going to venture into a fairly unknown territory I thought
it would be a good idea to find some pretty homes for my
new little friends.
And while I am at it, maybe a few new ones for my plants outside too.
Here are a few of my favorite modern garden pots and planters from
around the web to begin my adventure in style:

(sorry about the photo quality but you get the idea!)
With this much style inspiration I may just be able to keep them alive.
If you have kept a plant alive or have mad houseplant skills
I would love to hear your tips and advice 🙂

I managed to kill an unkill-able plant.. luckily I got babies from it first… hoping they survive since the plant comes from my grandmother!
Monster Circus made super cute DIY Concrete Votives, I bet they can be modified into planters.

I love all of these ideas! My hubby just built me two planter boxes to hang on our front porch railing, and I was having a tough time deciding how I wanted to paint them. I'm feeling SO inspired now! 😀
Those concrete blocks are pretty cool. Roeshel's is so pretty!! Really cute ideas Heidi!
