Easy Crock Pot Roast

I love using my crock pot all year for soups, chicken, and just about anything.  The kitchen stays cool in the warmer months, and I just like knowing dinner is cooking while I am off doing other things.  But one of my favorite ways to celebrate cooler weather and fall comfort foods is the first Pot Roast of the season.  And it doesn’t get any easier than 3 ingredients.

My not so secret ingredient is Lipton Onion Soup Mix.  I brought home a yummy 3 pound London Broil from the store this morning, poured about 3/4 of a package of dry soup mix over the top of the meat in my crock pot, and added one cup of water.

I let the meat simmer on low all day, and by this evening it was falling apart, and tasted amazing! I like to make mashed potatoes, or twice baked potatoes to go with this, along with a huge salad or some steamed broccoli.
Our week is full of pumpkin patch days, Halloween crafts, (hopefully some DIY time for mama) and more fall cleaning and organizing.  The laundry room and craft room are on my list to finish this month, so a fast meal that tastes great (and provides leftovers!) will be what I am making a lot of this month.
What are some of your favorite traditions and recipes that you like to make this time of year?

Happy crock-pot cookin’ & blessings to you and your family,

xoxo, Tanya

Unquestionably believe that which you stated.
Your favorite justification appeared to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that they plainly do not know
about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined
out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take
a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

Hello there! Quick question that’s completely off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My web site looks weird when browsing from my apple iphone.
I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to fix this
problem. If you have any suggestions, please share.
    Thanks!
