Frozen Fruit n’ Yogurt Pops

Are you a sneaky cook? If you are anything like me you
are probably looking for ways to get your kids to eat more
fruit and vegetables.  I haven’t figured out a way to make
these with broccoli quite yet, but my kids gobble them up
when I make them these homemade
frozen yogurt and fruit pops.
I love to make homemade snacks so I can avoid ingredients
I don’t like, and save money on snacks all summer.

Here are the simple ingredients I use to make frozen
Frozen Fruit n’ Yogurt Pops at home.

Supplies:
Blender
Popsicle molds that hold 8-12 individual Popsicles

Ingredients:
2 cups of organic vanilla yogurt
2 cups of fresh or frozen chopped fruit (blueberries,
strawberries, mangoes, grapes, etc…)
1/4 sugar or Splenda
Splash of milk (1-2 T)
1/4 t. vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients on high or liquefy setting in blender
until smooth.  Pour into Popsicle molds leaving about 1/4
of an inch of space at the top of each.  Insert the Popsicle
holders and snap into place.  Set inside your freezer on a flat
surface and freeze for 5-7 hours or until frozen solid.

Remove pops one at a time from holder and enjoy!!
Until next time,
