Frozen meals have come a long way, they are nothing like what many of us remember.
A foil covered plate, lots of fat, sodium, and more fat.
So I was excited to grab an armload of these to stock up my freezer for busy lunches
and dinners while I was doing my weekly shopping at Target.

I am always trying to maintain the balance between life and eating healthy.
I don’t have any magic secrets, it’s the stuff we know we are supposed to do.
Eat healthy foods.
Limit the intake of bad stuff.
Drink a lot of water.
Move.
I could do better in the moving department, but that’s a lifelong struggle for
balance and time. But I do feel good when I know I am eating healthy, and
my family is eating healthy. When we do have a cheat-meal or day, you
just don’t seem to feel bad, I feel like I have earned it!
