I am so excited to share one of my favorite
(and healthy!) treats with you today. We all are busy,
and it is so easy to grab a fast snack that isn’t always very healthy.
But, in five minutes you can throw together a yummy, calcium-rich
snack that you can feel good about. I have found a way to sneak
in a couple extra servings of fruit with the kids this way too, and
they think they are having a milkshake…
