| This has been an exciting week around the twelveOeight casa. Not only did we have sick little ones, but I decided to kick my Christmas gift-making into high gear, totally logical right? A big chunk of the time that goes into blogging is writing, which I can do while I snuggle on the couch with little ones, and work around my mama-duties. But I also snuck in a little Pinning and web-stalking. Coming across this picture made me think about everything I am grateful for.
Choosing to dance anyways. It took some time for me to put on my big girl panties and really take ownership over who is in charge of my outlook on life, happiness, and ability to see the good in all things. Me. I had to stop living in tomorrow, thinking that when I arrived at that next goal, or had that next thing, then I would be happy. Happiness and contentment were found for me buried deep under some hard times and little suffering. They were there the whole time, waiting for me to see them, thank you God for showing them to me. I never want to miss the rainbow again because of a little rain.
