If you are following a gluten free diet, you know that it’s not always easy.
Baking and eating on the go have probably been the two most
challenging areas for me.
I have missed baking all of the things I used to enjoy, and I was thrilled
to find a recipe for homemade bisquick baking mix here.  I love to make
my own mixes for cooking a baking, but with the substitution of gluten
free flour.  This recipe is now one that those of us who are
following a gluten free diet can enjoy too!

Gluten Free Bisquick Baking Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups gluten free flour (I use King Arthur Gluten Free Flour)
1/2 cup of sugar or Splenda
1 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and store in an

airtight container for up to six months.  Use in place of  baking
mix in your favorite recipes, enjoy!

As always, thank you so much for reading & leaving me your awesome-spice comments
and ideas, I really appreciate them!
If someone you love suffers from Celiac Disease, or
adheres to a gluten free diet, I would love for you to pass any of my gluten free recipes
their way, or send them over to say hi!

My kindergartener recently went gluten free (amazing what they talk about in school) so this recipe is prefect for our family. Once one person goes GF, it's just easier to have the family eat that way too:)

magnificent submit, very informative. I ponder why the opposite specialists of this sector do not notice this.
