How To Make Your Own Honey Sugar Body Scrub

Few things in life feel as wonderful
as a little pampering.

With Summer getting closer all the time, sandal and
sundress weather will be upon us before we know it.
I cannot wait to soak up some sunshine, and enjoy
as much time as I can outside during the warm months.

But after a long, rainy winter, my skin needs some
serious help.
Am I the only one who waits until it’s shorts and
flip-flop weather to realize my skin and nails
are in need of an intervention?

Not only is it great for the spirit to pamper yourself,

but it is good for our skin as well.
And, making a few homemade spa treatments
are a thrifty splurge we can treat
ourselves to any time.  Homemade beauty
treatments also make a wonderful gift for a
friend, or thoughtful Bridesmaids gift too.

(I love to follow up with a great dry skin moisturizer)
you can find my recipe for homemade body butter here.

Honey Sugar Scrub
Supplies needed:
Brown Sugar, oil, honey & almond extract

Directions:
Fill a large Mason Jar half full with light brown sugar

Add:
3 T. honey
10-12 T. carrier oil (such as walnut oil, almond oil,
or even a good canola oil is great too!)
1 t. almond extract

Blend well (oil will naturally separate upon standing for a while)
and store in a sealed jar or container.
Honey Sugar Scrub can be used for your skin and for
lips as a gentle and moisturizing exfoliant.

Thank you so much for reading friend, I look forward
to seeing you Monday night for another

With havin so much content and articles do you ever
run into any problems of plagorism or copyright
violation? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it
appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization.
Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off?

    I’d truly appreciate it.

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is
added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
    Thanks a lot!
