I wish I could tell you that I spend a ton of time planning parties.
But the truth is, with three young kids keeping me busy, I have a hard enough time planning
a weeknight dinner let alone an open house or dinner party. So when I find out about something
that will save me time, you know I am going to tell you about it!!

I spent some time recently on the Bed Bath & Beyond site, and kind of like when I log on to
Pinterest, I lost track of time (I know you never do that!)
They of course have endless items for your home to decorate, bake and entertain.
But they also have some tools that I found pretty darn handy. The first was this
Holiday Planning Timeline, from the Holiday Your Way
area of their site. You can print it out and it is a wonderful guideline to keep you on track.
I have this baby printed out and it has already helped me remember a few things that will
save me a gray hair or two come Christmas Eve. I LOVE stuff like this.
Ok, now for one of the things I love the most about Christmas…food.
You may already have a tried a true method on how to cook a turkey, but I really love to
try something new every couple years. Switch it up a little and make the family wonder
what on earth I may do this year. I found a bunch of amazeballs Holiday Recipes as well,
and this one really caught my eye.

A turkey wouldn’t be complete without homemade gravy to serve with it. Here is a super easy and
amazing looking recipe for So-Easy Pan Gravy

How about rounding out your Christmas dinner with a couple of easy and delicious
desserts?

What are some of your tried and true holiday recipes or tips?
I would love to hear how you celebrate and what some of your favorite traditions and ideas are
to celebrate the season!!
