As you know, we adopted a darling Jack Russell mix and named her Penny a few weeks ago.
We adopted her from our local Humane Society, and she was part of the family right away.
Full of cuddles, and a whole lot of energy too, she has made a wonderful playmate for the kids,
which is wonderful since it’s easy to get kind of stuck inside during our long, rainy winters.
The kids love to help me feed her, and I have to be honest, I have spoiled her in a few short
weeks. We have tried a couple foods to find something she really likes, and she loved the
ALPO® Prime Cuts we tried this week. Here is a picture of her barely-contained excitement
at dinner time last night:

dinnertime…
She was scared and a little scrawny…
But with her ALPO® Homestyle Prime cuts gravy cravers (in a chevron bowl of course)
But most of the time you can find her chasing kids, and keeping the yard safe and
secure. And when she’s all tuckered out from an afternoon of attacking the water coming
out of the faucet, she likes to curl up by my side and snooze the rest of the afternoon away.
I’m not sure who was more lucky, Penny or the family who found her. We couldn’t be happier
with our little furry addition to our family.

She is a cutie! And thank you for adopting a rescue!
